1. Services Agreement

By booking our makeup and beauty services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include bridal makeup, party makeup, hair styling, and other beauty treatments as listed on our website.

2. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. We require:

  • Minimum 48 hours notice for regular makeup bookings
  • Minimum 7 days notice for bridal makeup bookings
  • A booking confirmation via phone or WhatsApp
  • Advance payment as per our payment policy

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Advance payment of 30% to confirm booking
  • Balance payment to be made on the day of service
  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
  • Refunds subject to cancellation policy

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Inform about any skin allergies or sensitivities
  • Provide accurate information during booking
  • Maintain respectful behavior with our staff

6. Liability

While we use premium quality products and maintain highest hygiene standards, we are not liable for any allergic reactions not disclosed by the client beforehand. We recommend a patch test for sensitive skin clients.

7. Photography and Media

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us at the time of booking.
